Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has advised that the Company has been granted regulatory approval from the various applicable jurisdictions to acquire 100% of the common equity of a licensed security dealer with offices in Cayman and the Caribbean region.  Proven further advised that the transaction is expected to close by month end August 2018.
