Cargo Handlers Limited (CHL) has advised that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the purchase of equipment, tanker trucks, and petroleum tanks. The Company further advised that the investment of US$900,000.00 will replace aging equipment up to 25 years old and will improve the safety of fuel transportation in Jamaica. CHL has also advised that Mr. Paul Welch has been appointed to the position of Stevedore Manager. His predecessor, Mr. Christopher Hurge will manage and develop business for an associated logistics company, Bulk Liquid Carriers Petroleum Transport Limited.
