We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our journey! Mayberry Investments Limited has officially re-listed as Mayberry Group Limited!

This transformation comes after the resounding approval of the Scheme of Arrangement by our dedicated MIL Shareholders at the Court-Ordered meeting on July 26, 2023. Under this transformative initiative, all ordinary stock units previously held in the name of MIL will be cancelled and seamlessly replaced with an equivalent number of units now held under the banner of Mayberry Group Ltd (MGL).

We want to assure our valued shareholders that this change will not impact your overall value. Shareholder value remains steadfast and unchanged throughout this transition.
