Sagicor Select Funds Limited (SELECT) noted that the Board of SELECT has decided not to declare an interim cash dividend for this period based on the expected cash flow and appropriate financial flexibility. This is reflecting the current unprecedented market conditions and uncertainties relating to the COVID-19 pandemic which has reduced the expected dividend income to be received from listed companies in the Manufacturing and Distribution sector. The Board will review this position quarterly, given it had earlier announced an intention to consider the payment of interim dividends to stockholders on May 31, 2020 and November 30, 2020.
