Asset management is the management of investment portfolios containing debt, equity, or hybrid securities on behalf of others, whether it be an individual or an institution. Asset management is a service offered by financial institutions that typically serves high-net-worth individuals, government entities, corporations, and financial intermediaries.

An asset manager’s day-to-day role involves determining what investments to make or avoid that will grow a client’s portfolio.

Research is conducted using analytical tools. This includes analysis of the prevailing market trends, quantitative and qualitative analysis of companies, interviews with company officials, and anything else that would aid in achieving the stated goal of a client’s asset appreciation.

The asset manager will most commonly invest in products such as equity, fixed income, alternative investments, and mutual funds.

At Mayberry Investments Limited, we are a cashless institution; account funding is done via a cheque (personal or manager’s) and wire transfer to a bank account.  We do not provide the banking details or ask for a deposit until your account is fully onboarded.
