Ciboney Group Limited (CBNY) has advised that FINSAC’s previous attempts to dispose of its 72% shares in CBNY were aborted and hence it is proposing to again approach the market to invite prospective investors to acquire these shares. CBNY has further advised that in pursuance of this objective, FINSAC intends to advertise this opportunity in the Sunday Gleaner of August 4, 2019 to seek to identify a purchaser. Should this be successful, it is anticipated that a change of ownership will be effected during the second quarter of the current financial year.
